Hormone Consultations at VBoutique

Physician-Led Hormone Evaluation in Palm Beach County

If you’re experiencing fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, poor sleep, or symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, a hormone consultation is the first step toward understanding what’s actually happening in your body.

At V Boutique Aesthetics & Wellness, hormone consultations are conducted by Dr. V, a double board-certified physician in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, using a structured, evidence-based process — not guesswork.

This is not a quick prescription visit. It’s a medical evaluation designed to determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you.

Our Hormone Consultation Process

Clear, Structured, Physician-Guided

We believe patients should understand the process before they begin.

Step 1: Schedule Consultation

Step 2: Targeted Hormone Testing
Labs are ordered based on your symptoms and clinical picture — not a generic panel. Once you call to make your appointment you will be sent directly for testing. We like to have all the information for your consultation. It makes the visit more productive!

Step 3: Comprehensive Medical Consultation
A detailed review of:

  • Symptoms and timeline

  • Menstrual history or menopausal status

  • Medical history and medications

  • Lifestyle, stress, sleep, and metabolic factors

Step 4: Results Review & Recommendations
Dr. V reviews your labs in the context of your symptoms and overall health.

Step 5: Clear Next Steps
You’ll receive guidance on whether hormone therapy is appropriate — and what options exist.

Who This Consultation Is For

This consultation may be right for you if you:

  • Are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause

  • Feel “off” despite being told labs are normal

  • Want a physician-guided, conservative approach

  • Prefer education and long-term health planning

  • Are interested in optimizing energy, metabolism, mood, and aging

Where & How We Test Hormones

Rupa Health Delivers Convenient & Simplified Approach

We partner with Rupa Health to provide access to advanced, high-quality laboratory testing that can be completed conveniently and accurately at either a Quest or Lapcorp facility. For most, a blood panel gives us exactly the information we need to make a complete clinical assesement. However for some addition testing may be required. In those cases we often request comprehensive Saliva testing. Thanks to Rupa health, all test results are directly accessible to both the physician and patient.

Why Saliva Testing Matters for Hormones

Saliva testing measures free, bioavailable hormone levels — the portion of hormones that are actually active at the cellular level.

This is especially important for:

  • Estrogen

  • Progesterone

  • Testosterone

  • Cortisol (daily rhythm)

Unlike standard blood tests, saliva testing:

  • Reflects tissue-level hormone activity

  • Captures daily hormone fluctuations

  • Is especially useful in perimenopause

  • Helps guide more precise dosing

Understanding where you are hormonally is critical — because treatment should be based on physiology, not age alone.

What Happens If Hormones Are Not Recommended?

Not every patient needs hormone therapy — and that’s a good thing.

If hormones are not recommended, Dr. V may discuss:

  • Lifestyle and metabolic optimization

  • Nutritional or supplement support

  • Stress and sleep strategies

  • Peptides or regenerative options

  • Monitoring and re-evaluation timelines

You will leave with clarity, not uncertainty — and guidance that aligns with your long-term health.

Why Choose Dr. V for Hormone Care?

Dr. V brings a rare combination of:

  • Double board certification in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine

  • Extensive experience treating women in perimenopause and menopause

  • A conservative, safety-first medical philosophy

  • Deep understanding of how hormones impact metabolism, skin, hair, and aging

  • Trusted leadership in Palm Beach County

Hormone care should feel informed, personalized, and medically sound — not rushed or transactional.
